Thanks for testing.  Build an altix kernel with 4k pages?
I'm a bit sceptical the memory allocation theory is true though
(see my other mails) 

Or perhaps it was an race and depends on specific timings :/

Anyways, if it cannot be reproduced it's fine for me to ignore.
I just though I should report it.
