Hi, System ran perfectly. Xfs started ok. Ran out of space on /. Copied /usr to /drv2/usr (cp -rp). Renamed /usr /oldusr. Created symbolic link /usr to /drv2/usr. Now have 1.4gb spare. Everything else seems to boot ok but the X Font Server fails to start - syslog reports: Cannot establish any listening sockets. The usual reason seems to be another instance running. Not so in this case. SAMBA works so presumably it can establish listening sockets. Any clues? Thanks, Jan [[HTML alternate version deleted]] |
