Try running "xfs_fsr" without the quotes.
You don't have to unmount any file systems, or do anything special for
it to run. Also the defaults should be fine for you. You can read the
man page for more info on how it runs.
Also try running using -v, it outputs details of what it is doing which
is kinda interesting.
