Grab the SRPMs from ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/cmd_rpms/SRPMS and 
compile 'em yourself.  I just did so on centos-4 and it's quick and 
painless.

No.  Red Hat (unfortunately) is rather uninterested in supporting XFS.
