os: gentoo linux xfs-kernel 2.4.24-xfs-r5
samba: 3.0.7
problem: occurs when a user who was not the creator of the file saves a msoffice
document on a samba share using the xfs file system.
msoffice creates a new file during the save process. the result is that the
saving user is added to the acl with only ro rights (default rights are set to
rwx) to this file. these only ro rights affect also the creator of the file,
although he is listed in the acl with full rwx rights.
