If you have kdb in the kernel, you could backtrace the mount process and see
where it's stuck. if no kdb, then sysrq-t would also be helpful.
xfs_logprint -t mighth also be useful.
As a last resort, you could zero the log and repair, possibly losing some
information in the process, but it'd be better to figure out why this is
hanging.
