Sorry for the semi-off topic question, but I figured I could get some good
recommendations here.
I am planning to buy a Dual Athlon with 2GB RAM. I want to run this on a
Linux XFS/LVM installation.
I have a couple questions:
1) Does anyone have a good recommendation on a SATA RAID controller? I
would prefer a controller that has drivers already integrated with the
Linus Distributed Kernel.
2) What kernel version and distribution is known to work well with Dual
Athlon/2GB MEM/SATA RAID/LVM/XFS setup?
I appreciate all of the recommendations.
