I've built at least a couple of dozen Debian boxes with xfs using this net
install image.  This is a nice and up to date boot CD.

Don't use this unless you have decent bandwidth at the site as it is
designed to pickup almost all packages off the web.  If you need to build
lots of boxes using this then make sure you have some sort of caching
that will hold .debs (apt-proxy, squid configured properly, etc).
