Shirley - Running the oops through ksymoops would provide
a bit more info.  You probably want to run xfs_repair over
the filesystem, also save that output and pass it along.

Having said all that, often these errors are the filesystem
coming across corruption that happened some time ago,
so it's very hard to say exactly what went wrong or when;
the message usually just means that we came back and
found it at some later point.
