AFAIK just before redhat stopped supporting redhat-8 and redhat-7 they
syncronized the kernels for these versions, so you should be able to
use this one:

        
ftp://ftp.ii.uib.no/pub/janfrode/XFS/rh8/SRPMS/kernel-2.4.20-30.8.XFS1.3.1.src.rpm

or one of the binary rpms under ftp://ftp.ii.uib.no/pub/janfrode/XFS/rh8/i686/ .

These are pure XFS-1.3.1 + redhats patches. No extras.
