[Bug 198] was it solved ?

Hi experts,

I have  a problem with corrupted files on xfs+lvm+nfs system ( Kernel 2.4.20  
xfs version1.3.0 . )

The problem is looks similar to BUG 198 ( 
http://oss.sgi.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=198 ).
I have tried to to run "test programm for local corruption on linux xfs"  
attached to Bug 198. 
And it shows the same problem. Here is part of log file :

Could anybody tell how to fix it ?
