patch version

Hi,

Just a short question:
If I go to
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/patches/
to download a patch (2.4.22), then
- is this xfs version 1.3.1?
- or you'd rather call it something higher than 1.3.1, a snapshot as
  of 2003-10-10_04:57_UTC?

I would need this info so in case I find anomalies, I can properly report
what exactly I am using...
