Nowhere that they can directly accessed.  If the new server is
running XFS, you should just mount with quota enabled, and copy
away.  If its not XFS, you'll want to dump the quota info to a
file and restore it using setquota -- see xfsdq(8) and xfsrq(8)
in the xfsdump package which will do that for you.
