That's not too hard, if you have kdb in your kernel & config'd
on (kdb comes with the cvs code) just hit "pause" on the console,
or ctl-A on the serial port.  Then:

kdb> ps

to get a list of processes, look for the stuck dd process, then:

kdb> btp <pid> 

for the correct pid nr.
