Fredrik Tolf wrote: Known problem. I reported it in August. Turned out to be a problem in the dev-mapper layer, so reported to sistina's dm list. I got feedback from Joe Thornber in october (I think) that the problem was fixed in dm, but I just checked that the problem still exists in 2.6.0 final. You might want to check in with the dm-devel list:Hi! I recently extended a logical volume that I have XFS on, and for some reason, xfs_growfs wouldn't detect the new blocks until I had umounted the filesystem and then remounted it (which, naturally, isn't really desirable). I'm using the Sistina LVM2 and XFS that come with the stock 2.6.0-test10 kernel. Is this a known issue, or did I do something wrong, mayhap?
