Mike Burger found a bug which had XFS_QUOTA disabled in the standard
kernel builds. Fixed kernel rpms for all currently live RH versions
have been uploaded.
FC1: contains xfs 1.3.1
RH9, RH8.0, RH 7.3: contain xfs 1.3.0
(no need to update if you were using kernel-source to build your
custom kernel, sources are the same)
