That chokes on:

drive_scsitape.o: In function `is_scsi_driver':
~/xfs-cmds/xfsdump/dump/drive_scsitape.c:530: undefined reference to `MKDEV'

Apparently XFS_DEV_TO_KDEVT makes an implicit reference to MKDEV (warning
appears).

PS: The call is also in xfsdump-2.2.13 in Release 1.3.1.
