OK Olaf was right. I finaly managed to get my testfiles via dd back directly 
from the array device. The dd'd files show the same problems .. this means 
it's NOT xfs fault .. 

The bug can be closed ..

P.S. If anyone who read this have a clue what this can cause and how I may get 
my data back please let me know .. thanks
