couple of questions about version number

I understand that 1.3.1 is the version that SGI are encouraging us to use, so :

- which versions of the kernel are 1.3.1 patches officially available for ? 
- which versions of the kernal do 1.3.1 patches happen to work against ? 
- how do i tell which version of XFS i'm using ? 
- what version of xfs is in 2.6.0-test9 ?
