Rename pagebuf debug option (i.e. pagebuf tracing) into a generic XFS
tracing option for the other XFS trace code to use too (once fixed).
Specifically, we want to enable some IO path tracing at the end of
this to try to hunt down a particular bug, but may as well fix up the
rest of the existing trace code while we're at it.
Also fixed up some pointers in diagnostics, print using %p not %x for
64 bit platforms.
