Yeah, unfortunately I don't because when the xfs_shutdown happens,
usually the very next thing is a panic (or something?), and the console
goes dead.  Nothing ever makes it to disc afterwards, and I never get
even an Oops message printed to the console which from what little I
know about linux crashes, is weird in itself.

I've tried getting the kernel crash dump stuff working, but the patches
I've found don't apply cleanly at all and I haven't been able to resolve
all the problems.
