TAKE - fix 2.6 inode flags

Fix a merge problem with nasty side-effects, looks like XFS_AT_GENCOUNT
got dropped on the ground from the getattr call at some point.  I'll
probably rework this a bit better shortly, this gets us up and running
again though.
