You can get them from

http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/name/kernel/

but I doubt that they would make any difference to the problem you
describe. Anyway, you may want to rule that possibility 100% out. I'd
be surprised to see that problem go away with an upgrade to 20.x based
RH kernels.
