Both CVS and the split patches are generated from the SGI internal XFS
tree. That tree is still at 2.4.21, I cannot generate split patches
for 2.4.22 until there is an official[*] SGI internal version of XFS
for 2.4.22.

[*] I know about Russell Cattelan's patches for 2.4.22 XFS but AFAIK
they have not been blessed by the SGI XFS team. Hint, hint.
