TAKE - Fix some inconsistent types

(These had been sitting around in one of my workarea for a while.)

Fix some types that should have been converted to 
xfs_ types orginally.
xfs_fsid_t does not change size and therefore cosmetic
The dev_t's are the wrong size and could have hidden problems
as Nathan found out.
