Wow, where did you find that src rpm?! (in a time capsule? ;)
Seriously, the problem here is those old versions of xfsprogs
used to include kernel headers which can change in unexpected
ways, and without care for user tools. Your best bet is to
use a more recent xfsprogs version - anything circa 2003 will
do the trick.
