This document doesn't discuss some of the XFS specifics, though
it does tell you how to edit quota, report them, etc. With XFS,
there is no quotaon and no quotacheck program, quota is enabled
only through mount options. A more authorative reference is the
xfsprogs' README.quota file.
Someone who wants to help out might update that LDP doc for us.
