[ANNOUNCE] XFS 1.3.0 pre6

Yes I know we keep promising to just flat out
release 1.3.0 but little bugs keep cropping up.
But giving that we always seem to put stuff out
on fridays :-)

I'll try to compile a complete list of over the weekend
but in the mean time the new patches are on oss.

The cmd rpms/tars have also been update as they have several
small fixes also.

The Red* rpms are compiling now and will upload to oss
when they are done.
