The patches only affect XFS.
The core kernel patches have not changed and will not change in the
foreseeable future.
They can be grabbed from:
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/Release-1.3/kernel_patches/
Sorry for the confusion... I probably should have re-iterated the patch
release process.
