If there is, just as for any other filesystem people when made aware
of it will work to fix this.

In the sense you mean, by having a visible inode to mess with then
answer is usually no.  With some effort though you can break things,
but this applies to everything at some level or other and XFS is
probably as hard to break if not harder than most filesystems.
