Try "modinfo xfs" to see how xfs is configured, pretty sure
CONFIG_XFS_DMAPI is turned off.
You can rebuild from the .src.rpm after modifying the config files to
turn this back on.
Most people are not using dmapi, I think, so it's not config'd on in
that kernel.
