2.4.20-13 RH errata kernel with XFS support

Another one of seth' creations sees daylight.

It compiles fine but lack of (local) hardware preventes me from boot 
testing it.

If anyone else would be up to that task that would be great.

I based this on the 2.4.20-9 kernel from the XFS-DVD project, for which I 
am thankful. Since this errata is released for both 7.x, 8 and 9 this 
might be convenient for other people as well.
