Its not fixed, it depends on the operation being performed, can
be zero to a few tens of blocks in my experience.  Probably the
actual amount is related to the values stored for each mount
in struct xfs_trans_reservations... which are computed based on
a number of factors, like blocksize, inodesize, etc.
