I simply used the kernel-source-2.4.18-18.i386.rpm, copied the
configs/kernel-2.4.18-i686-smp.config to .config, 'make menuconfig,' enable
kdb, save, exit, 'make dep && make clean && make bzImage'.
Looking at the patch list in the kernel-2.4.18-18.src.rpm I see that there's
only one kdb patch, called linux-2.4.19-kdb.patch, I assumed that this was a
complete patch containing the common as well as the arch dependent kdb patches.
