2.4.20 and ptrace xploit

Hi all

I've noticed that xfs patch from ftp :
-rw-r--r--       855192   mar 19 00:54   xfs-2.4.20-all-i386.bz2
has today's date,
Has this file been patched for ptrace exploit?

I wouldn't like to have to patch  with 2.4.21-pre5 plus XFS.
