Given the way you ask you probably can't as it's nontrivial.  I'll
do a XFS-enabled RPM for RH8.1 once it's out, but until then just
stick to the RRH8-errata based RPMS, they should work under phoebe
but you won't get all of it's features (notably the threading changes)
