Many thanks for the new code debugging the 990 error. I had these since I
ever started *trying* to use 2.5.x, that is 2.5.59. Here's what I did: I
patched vanilla 2.5.64 with linux-2.5.64-xfs-2003-03-09.patch.bz2, and
rebooted the system. As usual, it barfed buring ldconfig state (libraries
in /usr/lib). Got about 50 kB of logs. Then I did "ls -l /usr/lib", and got
about another 50 kB. Then, as usual, I got the fs/buffer.c error during
shutdown, with some xfs functions in call trace. The log is quite largish,
so I put it here instead: http://hell.org.pl/~sziwan/xfs-errors
My .config is at http://hell.org.pl/~sziwan/config , if it's of any
relevance. Is it really so rare that nobody has encountered these errors
except me?
