Scott,
   Nope, I'm not using those patches, nor am I using direct IO on NFS.  The
crash output in bug 195 looks different to me.  In that bug, map_blocks is
failing in the write path.  In my crash, xfs_inactive is failing during the
memory pressure/get rid of old inodes path.
