I'm not sure who maintains options to mount, its man page or error messages, but it would really be helpful if the error message for mounting a fs. that is the same UUID instead of a generic can't mount message. It would also be useful to document the -nouuid flag in the mount manpage (the one on my SuSE81 system is deficient -- dunnow if it is just them or source farther up the line.... -linda |
