Move the leaf space allocation in xfs_dir2_node_addname_int from
before allocating data space to within data space allocation. This is
to fix a problem where new leaf space block was not allocated when it
should have been. Now xfs_node_addname_int will allocate a free space
block if it finds that the one it needs is missing.
