I think Andi Kleen already reported this and it was decided the raid
layers were passing bogons to ll_rw_block.
Andi, can you please comment on this perhaps?

It does not split requests correctly in all cases.

i reported it as an xfs bug because i have a raid0 setup that uses reiserfs in
the same
box with the same setup, but it does not cause a BUG() ...
