The current attr package has what you want, from doc/CHANGES..

attr-2.3.0 (21 February 2003)
        - ...
        - Update licensing notice in system call man pages for aeb.

I will mail you copies privately, but this is also available in the
XFS CVS tree, or Andreas' website (acl.bestbits.at).
