Excellent quoting. If you really mean to quote this part.. look at the 
filenames.
acl-2.0.19
acl-devel-2.0.19
libacl-2.0.19

vs

acl-2.0.19
libacl-2.0.19
libacl-devel-2.0.19

Has absolutely nothing to do with versions.
