You mean the latest preXX? because there is no 2.4.21 just yet...

I have made a diff against the 2.4.21-pre4 source from kernel.org.
It's from today's CVS but without the kdb v3.0 commits Keith Ownes just
made...to xfs/linux-2.4 cvs tree.

The patch is on http://www.blazebox.homeip.net/~paul/linux/
