Need patch for 2.4.21

I'm having difficulty applying the 2.4.19 patch against 2.4.21 source. Our
product offering is going to be based on 2.4.21. We would like to include
XFS in our linux offering. Can you supply an XFS patch based on 2.4.21?
The problem I'm having is with files that have significant changes in 2.4.21
vs 2.4.19. The 2.4.19 patch doesn't relate at all in those cases.
