Do you mean version 1 directories? Or something else, linux and Irix XFS
are on disk compatible. There are some issues with version 1 directories
on linux (I think cvs is current broken in this regard), but for the
most part they will work just fine.

p.s. how did you manage to burn xfs based dvd's on Irix?
