sometimes it does, and xfs_repair still finds something todo

i'm not sure if this is a past or present bug, but i've seen this on a
couple of occasions

i've not seen xfsdump make things worse --- but i'm only one person
with a few machines, so who knows...

how about running (as root) the attached program then?  it will
bulkstat the rootfs and make sure it doesn't barf which i seem to
recall xfsdump had problems with
