if it's still oopsing in xfs_ioerror_alert, can you print out the
values of mp, bp & func (as pointers) in xfs_ioerror_alert, something
like
printk("xfs_ioerror_alert %p %p %p\n", mp, bp, func);
or whatever will suffice.
