The installer ISO contains acl-2.0.19, acl-devel-2.0.19 and

The SGI people have abundant time on their hands but wish to deprive
you of the latest code in the installer.

Excellent quoting. If you really mean to quote this part.. look at the filenames.

acl-2.0.19
acl-devel-2.0.19
libacl-2.0.19

vs

acl-2.0.19
libacl-2.0.19
libacl-devel-2.0.19

Has absolutely nothing to do with versions.

The lower part of my mail did however.
