Even worse is that if xfsprogs-2.3.6 is build with:

./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/ --bindir=/usr/sbin \
--localstatedir=/var --mandir=/usr/share/man && \
make && \
make install && \
make install-dev

not even copies anything of libxfs[a,so] and afterwards the build of 
xfsdump-2.2.4 complains about not finding libxfs.
